  I stay at the Lexington end and I absolutely hate it. The late fees are out of this world. I had sent in a check to pay my rent once and almost a month had went by before they told me I owed them money for rent. There was was a supposed issue with my bank but the money was just sitting there the whole time. Long story short they waited the very last second. By that time they late fees were stacked. Even though it was a mistake on their part instill had to pay the late fees which was $180+. The online convenience fee is insane as well. They limit how I can pay my rent. The management currently is good but the people above them are some inconsiderate pompous people with no respectful manners when handling their residents.
