  Justin answered his phone and came out right away to look at my gutter, even though it was a very small job. The slope of my roof makes for a veritable flood at one point when it rains, so Justin and his installer designed a custom solution to address my concern. I requested a minor change in the downspout direction a few days after the job was complete, and Justin cheerfully came back and made the revision. Phelps Aluminum made a special effort to find a rare color for me when others wouldn't even bother. Justin is the kind of guy you'd like as a neighbor or friend - honest, straightforward, and helpful. His pricing was also just right.
